Our Community - Flourishing Together
Crowton Christ Church C.E. Primary School is proud to be at the heart of our local community. Guided by our Christian vision and values, we work in partnership with families, the church, governors and local organisations to create a welcoming community where everyone feels valued, supported and connected. We believe that education extends beyond the school gates. Through meaningful partnerships and shared experiences, we enrich children's lives, strengthen community relationships and create opportunities for all to achieve, belong and thrive.
Our Church
Our close partnership with Crowton Christ Church plays an important role in the life of our school.
Through collective worship, church services, Christian celebrations and shared events, pupils have opportunities to explore faith, reflect on values and develop spiritually.
Working alongside clergy and church members helps us nurture a strong sense of belonging and supports our vision of enabling all members of our community to flourish.
Our Governors
Our Governing Board plays a vital role in the success of the school.
Governors work closely with school leaders to:
Support our vision and values
Provide challenge and accountability
Monitor school improvement priorities
Ensure effective use of resources
Promote high standards for all pupils
Champion the wellbeing of children and staff
Their commitment and dedication help ensure that Crowton continues to provide the very best education for all children.
Community Partnerships
We are fortunate to work with a wide range of organisations and individuals who enrich the experiences and opportunities available to our pupils.
These partnerships include:
Local churches and faith communities
Educational networks and partner schools
Cheshire and Wirral Maths Hub
Local businesses
Community groups and charities
Sports organisations
Health and wellbeing services
Diocese and educational partners
These relationships provide valuable opportunities for learning, enrichment and support.
Serving Others - Making A Difference
As a Church of England school, we encourage our pupils to become active, responsible citizens who make a positive contribution to society. Through fundraising for charities, participating in community projects, supporting local causes, taking part in church and village events, engaging in environmental initiatives and carrying out acts of kindness, children learn the importance of serving others. These experiences help pupils develop compassion, responsibility and a sense of social justice, inspiring them to make a positive difference within their local community and beyond.
