About Us
Friends of Crowton is a registered charity dedicated to raising funds to provide additional resources, opportunities and experiences for the children of Crowton Christ Church C.E. Primary School. We achieve this by organising and running a variety of fundraising events throughout the school year.
Friends of Crowton School could not exist without the support of our wonderful volunteers who generously give their time, energy and ideas. Whether you have a fundraising idea, would like to attend a PTA meeting, or can help at an event, we would love to hear from you!
You can speak to a committee member at the school gate, email us at friendsofcrowtonschool@gmail.com, or leave your details with the School Office. Getting involved does not have to be a huge commitment. Any support, whether occasional or regular, is always greatly appreciated.
What We Do
We meet once each term to discuss fundraising ideas and ways to support our school community. Throughout the year we organise a range of popular events that have become firm favourites with our children and families, including:
School discos
Break the Rules Days
Mother's Day and Father's Day Secret Gift Stalls
Christmas Fair
And many more exciting fundraising activities!
The money we raise helps fund valuable resources, equipment and memorable experiences for all our pupils.
In previous years, FOCS has funded projects including an outdoor pagoda, woodland shelters, an archery day and a performing arts experience, creating lasting memories and enriching opportunities for our children.

These projects help to enrich the curriculum, support children's wellbeing, encourage a love of reading and learning, and provide exciting opportunities that benefit every child in our school.

We run an online School Lottery – buy your ticket to be in with a chance to win!

Recycle your old clothes!
Our clothing recycle bank is located beside the school gate in the Crowton Village Hall car park. Spread the word with family and friends. All clothing is weighed on collection and raises funds for school.
What we accept: Clean clothing, footwear, bags, hats, gloves, clean/new underwear, jewellery.
What we don’t accept: ripped or stained clothing, socks, slippers, nightwear, workwear, named items or uniform.
