We hope you have had a wonderful summer break and are feeling refreshed and ready for the new school year! We are very excited to welcome you back to Oak Class! This half term, we will be settling into new routines, building friendships and exploring some exciting learning together. Our curriculum map will give you an overview of the topics and themes we’ll be covering this term. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Notices and Reminders

PE – PE for Oak Class will take place on Tuesday and Wednesdays during the Autumn Term. Please come to school wearing your PE kit on these days.

Spellings – A spelling booklet will be sent home at the start of each half term. Quiz dates can be found inside the booklet.

Reading – Pupils are expected to log reading at home at least 3 times a week on Boom Reader. It is beneficial for pupils to continue to read aloud with adults where possible.
