Class 1 Robins shared the story of How to catch a Star. We made stained glass window stars to remind us not to give up, like the boy in the story did not give up.

Easter Assembly with Vicar Ron

We were delighted to welcome our Vicar, Ron to our school today. Ron held a special Easter Assembly for each of our Key Stage bubbles in accordance with the current DfE guidelines for collective worship in school. Unfortuantely therefore, we were unable to sing a hymn or Easter song, but we promised that as soon as we were able to we would!

Today Robins Class 1, talked about the Last Supper. Then we drew a meal we like to share with our family or friends.
Fruit Salad - Well being Wednesday

Class one Robins listened to the story of Oliver's Fruit Salad. Year 1 did a pictogram of our favourite fruits. Everyone enjoyed their chill and chat while making and eating fruit salad.

This week we have looked at the book Lost and Found. We wrote a list of what to pack in a suitcase and found the South Pole on a globe.

Today, we have been celebrating the return to school of our AMAZING children with a ‘First-Week- Fun- Day!’.
We are so proud of each and every one of them for so many reasons. The resilience and spirit they have shown during what has been a turbulent, unprecedented and historic period in their lives, is commendable.
We are so very happy to have all of our children back at school with us.

Year 1 Robins have been performing animal poems and this led to them producing thier own clay animals inspired by the poetry.
