Ethos Group at Crowton

Our Ethos Ambassadors are a group of Key Stage 2 children who help to plan and lead worship, organise prayer spaces and uphold our Christian Values in their day-to-day school life.
What does our Ethos Group do within the school?
• It supports our school in developing our Christian distinctiveness.
• It promotes our Christian Values.
• We report to governors on what we have thought about and discussed.
• We work with other adults to develop positive working relationships.
• Work of the Ethos Group is recorded in our School Development Plan and all our meetings are minuted.
How do we do this?
• We meet regularly with Miss Porter to discuss Christian values our school is committed to.
• We ask the opinion of our pupils regarding our school values and worship
• We help Miss Porter plan our school worship and also play an active role in it.
• We work hard to develop Christianity throughout school.
